The Small Business Mentoring is provided personally by Ruth and is designed to give an affordable practical solution to help any small business grow. Since the Consultancy launched in 2006 Ruth has personally helped hundreds of small businesses succeed through individual mentoring sessions.

Over a three hour session Ruth’s simple and effective approach will identify your main business issues and provide recommendations that can actually be implemented to ensure growth.  

Mentoring sessions cover:

  • Marketing assessment
  • Sales review
  • Setting  a clear future direction
  • Identifying new and fresh business opportunities
  • Staff problems

Who is suitable for a session?

  • Small Business Owners who employ between 1 - 10 employees

What is the process?

  • The sessions are conducted by Ruth in her office in Manchester
  • The sessions last for 3 hours
  • The fee is £495+VAT
