A recruitment consultant gets paid when you employ their candidate so they are selling to you not working for you to get the right person! They then make more money if the candidate is wrong months down the line!

It is a true fact that out of all the people to recruit successfully, sales people are the hardest as let’s face it if they are good talkers they can easily bluff an interview! That’s where our secret weapon comes in! Ruth Badger takes part in all recruitment projects normally attending all second interviews and then mentoring the new employee to success which for you ensures revenue within the first 2 months of employment.

With a combined experience of over 50 years of recruitment and interviewing experience we offer a flexible package with affordable staged fixed fees so whether you are recruiting 1 or 20 as long as it is within the same project you will pay a fixed fee which is not candidate salary based!

As part of the service we manage the whole recruitment process for you, taking away the administrative burden of collating CVs, responding to candidates and arranging interviews.
