During his 25 year career in business, Chris has achieved success at every level from sales consultant through sales management, operations, marketing to senior executive level. Having grown a business from start up to flotation, Chris has invaluable and extensive knowledge and experience.
Nigel Higgs

Nigel Higgs is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, holds a Masters in Finance and Accounting and is an accredited Coach and Mentor. Nigel is a member of The Turnaround Management Association and brings a wealth of experience from various sectors both in the UK and Europe. Nigel has a proven background with success in turnaround, start-up, growth, people development, funding, acquisition situations, operations and the venture capitalist community. Nigel has also been heavily involved in raising of finance via the banking environment and the venture capitalist communities. He acts as finance director to a small portfolio of SME’s and is involved with both turnaround projects and mentoring for SME’s.
Julie Hughes

Julie Hughes is a CIPD qualified Human Resources and Training specialist. Julie has a proven career with varied experience gained within an AIM listed Financial Services plc down to a Small Medium Enterprise. Julie has years of experience within her field and has also operated at Senior Sales Manager level so fully understands the part that HR plays in running a successful and profitable business. This brings together a unique combination of employment law knowledge and commercial business thinking in all her consultancy activity.
Lee Wrall

Lee Wrall has over fifteen years experience in I.T, seven of which were spent as IT manager for a large corporate. In 2006 Lee formed IT-Start. Since then the company has grown year on year and is on track to become one of the countries leading Outsourced IT providers. Lee has been involved at all levels of I.T. from SME to multi million pound software implementations for blue chip organisations.
